What is your returns policy?

Return Time Frame
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase (after day of receipt). Please ensure you request your return within this period. To initiate a return, email us at faithfullabours@gmail.com with a photo of the item and the reason for your return.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original and unused packaging and should be in a resalable condition. Returns or exchanges on sale items are excluded. This includes unopened products and all original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Upon approval, we will promptly process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item).

Where are your products made?

All of our products are currently made in the UK.

When will my items ship?

We aim to ship your products within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number.

Where can we see your products?

We are an online shop but do sell our products to some churches in our local areas. We also have some Christmas markets in the diary. Please get in touch if you'd like to find out where we'll next be so you can see our products in person!

Where will my order ship from?

We are based in different locations so your orders may arrive separately. You will only be charged for one set of shipping costs.
